All Aikido of Gainesville Members are always welcome to attend our free Community Service Classes.
Classes are 1 1/2 hour long. For the Kids and Teens there are usually water breaks on the 1/2 hour. For the Adults the break comes around 45 minutes. If the practice is very lively or hot, we break at the half hours. For most beginners the focus is on simple anti-bully techniques.
As proficiency improves more traditional Aikido techniques are taught. Advanced practice includes Nishio Style techniques and more weapons practice.
